Our executive car fleet complete some 60,000 journeys, travelling over 2.5 million miles every year. Being methodical and organised is key when ensuring that every customer on every journey receives the best possible service from us. Embracing new innovative technology has kept us ahead in the industry and provides complete transparency for our customers, but we don’t just use technology to make sure your vehicle arrives on time, we also use it to make sure that our customers are safe.
Here is what you can expect from us, as standard, when booking our executive car services:
Ease of booking
As well as by telephone or email, bookings can be made via our app or online booking platform.
Clients can choose a specific vehicle to suit their needs and also arrange for pick ups of friends/colleagues en route to their destination.
Regular journeys can be set up as ‘favourites’ which makes booking repeat journeys even easier and quicker.
We provide flexible payment options which allows our customers to book using credit card, cash or on account.
For all bookings made via our app or online, we offer text back services. This means our customers receive a text message once a journey is confirmed, when the car is on it’s way and when the car is outside.
We provide vehicle tracking links which means our customers can track the progress of their vehicle on a map.
Once their car has arrived to collect them, our customer will receive a follow up message with the driver’s mobile contact number.
On completion of their journey, they will receive a text message giving you the opportunity to comment on the quality of service they have received.
Finally, they will receive a detailed electronic receipt including a map of the route they have taken.
Your safety is our priority
With text back facilities our customers receive a message one hour before their collection time, this message includes a picture and the name of their driver, the vehicle registration number and the drivers’ private hire licence number (as shown on the drivers’ ID which they will be wearing). They also receive details of how they can speak to someone at the operating centre, at all times of the journey. Our customers can feel safe knowing that they are getting into the right vehicle.
Our app also includes a ‘Buddy’ feature which automatically sends a text message (including a tracking link) when the car arrives, to a nominated ‘Buddy’ number. This can be useful for letting colleagues know when to expect our customers for meetings etc or for parents to keep tabs on their children.
