The Chauffeur Group has grown from strength to strength over time and prides itself in the fact that our office staff and chauffeurs remain loyal to us, working with us for many years. So when a long serving member of staff decides to retire (or nearly!), it is a major event, especially when that member of staff is the founding Managing Director. Read on to find out more about Malcolm Law and his time with us...

,In 2000, Malcolm, together with the company's owner, Anthony Hancock, set up our company which was then known as Loop, an exciting new chauffeur proposition for the more discerning customer. Malcolm was the only member of staff in the early days, working 24/7 from his trusty Nokia mobile phone. Over time Malcolm built the business up, employing staff and drivers. A couple of name changes followed and in 2004 the company became The Chauffeur Group and hasn't looked back.

We now offer a multitude of private chauffeur and corporate executive car services. We employ 8 office staff and approximately 50 drivers, travelling 2.5 million miles every year for us. We work with customers across the world and have some very famous clients whose travelling staff use us time and time again. We are renowned for our excellent customer service, reliability and professionalism.

Malcolm has been an integral part of the growth of The Chauffeur Group and although he will still be involved with the operation to some degree, his knowledge, experience and dry sense of humour will be greatly missed around our offices.
